I thought I fixed it to only show shipping within the USA? But lately people in AU and UK tried to buy something. Can anyone explain to a hard headed non tech person how to fix it. I went into the place to click USA only but it won't let me check that box. But I could check boxes to all other countries. So confused. TIA

Here's what I think you're asking about, tho I could be mistaken, in which case disregard this reply:

In the store admin, under "Shipping and Taxes" in the left menu column, there is a option called "Shipping Zones."

Once you select "Shipping Zones," there will be a box on the left of the page (not the left column) with "Zones" and on the right "Selected Zones." In your case, the only items that should appear in the right box are:

US-Mainland
Alaska
Hawaii

Hit Update.

Then go to "Flat Shipping Zones" in the left menu column. On the page there should be two boxes: "Zones," which should be empty...and "Selected Zones," which should have the same 3 destinations as listed above.

Hit Update.

If there are any other destinations listed in the "Selected Zones" boxes on either page, use the "Remove" arrow that is btw the boxes to remove them. So that you're left with only US-Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii.

Then select "Options" in the left menu column. "Enable GBP currency" and "Enable AUD currency" should not be checked.

You should also ask the eCRATER team if they would consider changing that negative for you.

I don't have listings for other countries, but if they ask nicely I will figure out the shipping for them and send them a PP invoice and if they pay it, I ship it. I don't mind shipping internationally but I got to the point where I felt I was guessing too much on the price of shipping.

You have active eCRATER UK and AU stores. At some time in the past you selected the UK and AU in your shipping zones. Once you've done that both stores are active until you follow steps to delete them. Here's the directions as listed in the tutorial available from the FAQ page on the Marketplace.

Remove items from UK and AU marketplaces

By default, items are listed in the AU and UK marketplace unless the seller removes them.

Remove the products from the Australia Marketplace
1. Click on “Store Options” to access the options page.
2. Check the box “Do not auto convert prices in other currencies”.
3. Click “Update”.
4. Click on “Global Editor” to perform a global action.
5. Click “Add Global Action”.
6. Select “All Categories” from the drop-down menu for “Apply to”.
7. Select “Set AU price” from the drop-down menu for “Action”.
8. Select “Delete” from the drop-down menu for “Operator”.
9. Click “Add”.
10. The global action will now be pending.
11. Allow it to complete. When it is completed a green checkmark will display.

Remove the products from the UK Marketplace
1. Click on “Store Options” to access the options page.
2. Check the box “Do not auto convert prices in other currencies”.
3. Click “Update”.
4. Click on “Global Editor” to perform a global action.
5. Click “Add Global Action”.
6. Select “All Categories” from the drop-down menu for “Apply to”.
7. Select “Set UK price” from the drop-down menu for “Action”.
8. Select “Delete” from the drop-down menu for “Operator”.



NOTE: You MUST run the Global Editor twice, once for each marketplace.

Oh! I think it's fixed? I hope so anyway. I didn't know the red bar was to remove countries. In "choose shipping zones" page it says in red letters *select UK to get more sales and *select Au to get more sales. Would that mean they are not selected? Thank you everyone that's helping..

Ok NOW! It's fixed. I deleted both UK and AU pricing.

Hello nothingnew. About the Negative Feedback if it is related to an International Sale. I recommend contact eCrater Support with the proof. So they can erase it.
