On your admin page, click the word categories. It is in the top box under basic set up. Then you will see your categories which should be my ebay and the one you call delete me. Click on the red x to your right. That will erase everything in the category. |

if just wanting to start over with current store name, just delete all categories. However, if you want to start over with a new store name, simply close the current store/account and begin again from scratch. The only drawback in doing this is the fact that you will have to use a different email address, as whatever email address has been used for current store, cannot be used for any other &/or new/different store. |

If you only want to delete a few items, not your whole category or store, go to your admin pull up the item you want to delete and click on the red X in the row of optons, confirm it and it's gone.
BTW I use the same email address for all 5 of my stores. Can't remember if I changed them all after creating the stores or not, however I've never had 5 email addresses at the same time. I can't keep track of so many emails, accounts, and passwords. |

When I opened my second eCrater store, I was told specifically by eCrater that I could not use the same email address as the first store...I would have preferred to have everything under one email address, but was not allowed to do so.. |

Maggie, to the best of my memory, we've always had to have a unique email address for each store. We can change the email address we use for orders and customer questions from our admin page and we can use one email address for multiple stores for orders and questions. However, each store must have a unique email address on file with ecrater.
This is from the home page FAQs:
