It's not just SMC, I think it's all dropshipped items. I recently listed something here from a dropshipper, not SMC, and was asked to remove it. |

I think I was clear enough. It's not only SMC, it's any other "we give you products to sell" type of web sites.
Once again, the reason why these products are being filtered out is to prevent flooding the eCRATER with the same products.

If they're dropshipped items it could be said for those items too. |

And how do you know if they are dropshipped? If you look at the much of stuff here you can pretty much tell the sources and they are not handmade in the basement.
Besides, I don't recall dropshipping ever being mentioned as a reason SMC is being discriminated against. I can assure you there are many, many dropshipped items listed here but I haven't heard anything about them. Why is that?
Secondly you are assuming that all SMC retailers dropship. I can't speak for all of them but I order and warehouse 99% of the items I sell online as do many many others. Even if one does choose to dropship, what's the problem with that? Looks to me to be the ideal thing for online sales. |

All I know is what was said earlier in this thread;

I also know that I had dropshipped items listed, not from SMC, and was asked to remove them. Which was perfectly fine with me. |

This whole discussion is the main reason I've decided to move my store elsewhere. If I'm being discriminated against simply because of a shipping program offered by my sources, then obviously this is not where I should be or even want to be. Sometimes "free" just isn't worth it.
Bye,
