The store board on feebay. I was going to open a feebay store there but never did. Ecrater looked a lot better. I have learned a lot from the boards though.

I joined a few crafting groups on MySpace and that's how I found out about eCRATER. Some of the crafters use etsy, but when I saw that you still had to pay for that one, I chose eCRATER....and I'm glad I did!

BTPS was talking about it on the sparedollar boards so I gave it a go. I really appreciate this place and am so grateful when I get a sale here!

When the giant began stomping on the store owners people began posting options on their community forum. I signed up but couldn't figure out how to do anything on it for the longest time. I am not the brightest star in the sky when it comes to the internet.

When I read posts from newbies asking questions I am more sympathetic than many as using all the self-help posts and getting started threads is like looking for a needle in a haystack. It really needs to be cleaned up so that all yawning, stretching and adding of unnecessary two cents to everything doesn't clutter the thead.

IMPOSSIBLE to do or control. After all this is not anyones fill time job nor does anyone get paid.

IF FOLKS would stay on topic it would help ALOT.

Back in March 2005 a friend managed to get Dimitri to come to SpareDollar forum and talk about it. I said I can't list there if you don't have a Big & Tall Mens Clothing area and within 2 minutes it was there. I been here ever since.

That's what I meant. It would be great if the info how to start threads could be locked.

I found out about ecrater while browsing through the Yahoo groups, someone had posted advertising their store and I had never heard of ecrater so came and checked it out. Seemed the perfect solution to the incredible rising costs at feebay.

I gather that's the general thinking behind the Solutions forum. The obstacles there are (a) finding a volunteer that has the time to add to it and maintain it, and (b) getting people to go to that section when they have questions (and then do a search if the answers aren't there).
