| I just checked on my eCrater store and all of my categories and products have disappeared. I haven't removed them, does anyone know what's going on? |

Did you figure it out?
I see one Catergory from the main page but there are others with nothing in them and some listings have no image. |

nope, there's still nothing there. I emailed ecrater a few hours ago, but no response yet from them. |

| dmh, a few others are having the same problem now. Is there something you had to do or should we just be contacting eCrater for a fix? |

| Okay, I just checked my store again and it looks to be back to normal. So I guess either eCrater is watching this thread or the problem is intermittent? |
