I would also take out "all" references to eBay. Put your email address in it's place.
For an eBay seller this is most likely one of the hardest things to do - we want potential buyers to see our great eBay feedback and we also forget that eCRATER isn't an auction but "Your" web store!

Ecrater is a big joke. Nothing ever sells here. |

I bring my buyers to my store and I sell lots of things in ALL my stores!
If you think you can list it and not work to sell it - well then you need to go somewhere else. ecrater.com is not that type of place. |

With all due respect, if after several months you're not selling anything then you're either not doing something that needs to be done or your product is wrong.
The most important point to be made about eCrater is what BigTall suggests above: it's like having your own standalone site. We get our listings fed to Google Products every day but the general promotion and getting customers here is up to us.
With eBay all those fees pay for all the work you don't have to do; with eCrater you have to do the work. |

How long u think u can bring in your own buyers and is this the way a real business runs?
Lets say u open a fine hotel. You advertise it on front page of a local newspaper. You bring in some of your family, friends, acquaintances and few regular buyers to encourage u on the grand opening. They gladly buy some things to encourage u. But how long can they encourage u even if they appreciate u a lot. Don't u think that totally new and unknown visitors should come to your hotel for it to run? If your hotel is advertised in a local newspaper dont u expect that the newspaper should generate some response to the ad? Shouldn't the newspaper have some reader base?
You can't say "aaah my hotel is running fine.see i can bring 10 buyers who i know and am very happy with my performance."
Ecrater is an advertisement site and all i expect is some response to the ads that are posted over here. otherwise it is useless. |

I'm surprised you haven't had any sales as your jewelry looks quite nice.
Here are some suggestions that might be impeding your sales.
You photos look like stock photos and if so are not shown in Google or ecrater searches.
If you put all your items in your store when you opened it and have not added merchandise since, that could effect your placement.
You might put shipping included in your titles.
You have a no refund policy which is a deterrent to buyers. It's hard enough for non US sellers to get an American to buy from them but when they say all sales final, that is a double deterrent.
(I quite understand the difficulty of offering refunds from outside the country. It is just a fact of life. There is not much you can do about it. In fact when I see someone in Asia promising money back guarantee I'm usually suspicious that the product doesn't exist and it is a scam.)
I would tone down the sales pitch in your descriptions. It sounds like a carnie's line or a made-for-TV sales pitch. Just describe the item. |

Could you clarify what you mean by stock photos? And that Google and ecrater won't pick up pages with stock photos in them? Thanks! Am learning something more every day. |

Thanks so much, but I really don't know what I did right Some of the photos are my own, some are used with permission from the vendor website (Pine Cone Hill, for example). As I said, learning all the time in this game!!!

Stock photos are photos taken by a photographer in a studio with special lighting that blanks out the environment. Manufacturers have their merchandise photographed for catalogues etc and sellers who drop ship or are affiliates have an arrangement with the company to use these photographs.
These photos stick out because everyone promoting that particular company is showing the same photos.
If you take the photo of the same merchandise it is not a stock photo. |

OK, thanks. That's what I thought. So some of mine are stock photos, some aren't.

If you possess the items in the stock photos, it is advisable to take your own photos. |

It's the store owners job to bring in their buyers.
How YOU run YOUR store is up to you - if you don't advertise, promote or market it how do you expect to get buyers?
If you are not marketing your store the real question for you is -
is this the way a real business runs?
It's your store. It's your business. YOU got to market it. |
