If the customer is paying through paypal, you could do a partial refund to refund the difference in shipping once the order is combined. (I think:?: )
I wish we could do 2 separate matrixes, one for media and one for Priority. That would be helpful. |

Hi Urban
My listings are in US dollars - I have been selling in US dollars for a couple of years now and find that it is easier to deal with exchange on my end rather than go through the hassle during the transaction process. Besides, it's what the customer expects as nearly everything on the web is US dollars.
I currently am not charging shipping for my items at all as I am really having problems manipulating the shipping matrix to work for the many different situations that can arise. I would rather eat the shipping myself than scare away the customer. I deal in vintage jewelry so very light weight. In the event that multiple items are purchased - let's 5 items - if total they weigh less than 250 grams or about 8 oz. the shipping will cost the same to ship one piece or all 5.
So, I can ship each piece individually for say 5.25 per package or I can ship them all together for 5.25. As a buyer, I know I would only like to pay for the shipping once.
In any event, there are so many ways that this could be distributed where the weight may be the same price but the number of items could vary from 1 - 10 items for example. There in lies my problem so until I can figure it out, I will just pay for the shipping myself. |

Not to mention it is what is required to list on ecrater.com
Use the shipping matrix and put the same price in for all the weights. |
