| ecrater does not have rules about having an adult content store but on ebay paypal will not be associated with the mature section, is it ok with being a payment option in my adult store? I read their revised policy from October 16,2003 on their web site and it only stated ebay, not any other. |

really I wonder how the admin allow you to open this store, and you call it adult content stuff 
the terms of use does not allow such products.
3.3 What is not allowed to post?
- Body parts & organs
I still wonder, really ...Big Question

From what I have read here and other places PayPal on adult items is fine EVERYWHERE except on ebay. If you have concerns - contact PayPal - it's your PayPal account that is in jeopardy - so if it was me, I would want something directly from them stating this is not an issue. |

Not ALL adult items so be careful. My understanding is that "toys" are allowed but not movies or things that actually show body parts.
Be advice is to contact Paypal and they will tell you exactly what their rules are  |

All adult type of items must be posted in the sex stuff category. |
