I just went in and checked my hit counter and saw they were all reset to zero.

Is this normal?

Same here.

I don't know if it's normal, since I've only had my store here for about a week. Maybe they made some kind of adjustment to the system which caused the counters to reset.

Well, I guess we have given ourselves away as NEWBIES Embarassed

It seems I read on a thread from Big and Tall, that they reset the counters at the first of the month. Well, don't I look stupid, but thanks everyone for the support. Everyone is great here.

Yep, once a month. I'm not sure why but that's how it is. So if you want to use the hit counter to re-evaluate prices, descriptions, etc., the end of the month is the time to do it!

Thanks, if you haven't already guessed, I'm a newbie and I will certainly keep that in mind at the end of the month. That will be a valuable piece of marketing info to have. I really love this place, everyone is so very helpful.

Rather new myself, been here several months.

When I first started the counters got set to "0" on the first day of the month. The last month or so that did not happen.

I am guessing that EC has decided to set the counters to "0" again at the first of the month????
