Hi we are new here and just got our store up and running. Had our first sale WOOOOHOOOO. But we noticed it didn't calculate the shipping at checkout. It shows the shipping on each item on the individual pages. Anyone have an idea what we did wrong??  |

It could be that your custoemr bought from you and another seller on ecrater.com and you need to bill them
When a buyer buys from more then one seller - shipping is not calculated because it just don't work that way (best I can describe it).
If the order indicates payment will be made via PayPal - go there and click on request money, click invoicing, and send them an invoice.
If it says money order or whatever you will need to email them an invoice for the total due. |
