|
|
Hi:
I just got back from holiday . . . put my store on hold for 5 days and I guess google stopped displaying my store in their searches . . . I was on the front page when I left for vacation but on my return & reactivation . . . I can't seem to get myself back on the Google Search . . . . Has this happened to anyone else? Do we have to resubmit our sites . . . I tried but no show . . . does it just take time for the store to show up again or am I ousted
Thanks for any advice that's out there |

Hi Big Tall Guy:
Thanks, I know, I just did them for all my listings right before I went on vacation (last week) and was on the front page of the google search . . . but when putting my store on hold for vaca (5 days) . . . I guess it disabled the link . . . and now that I've reactivated my store . . . it seems my store no longer comes up as a result (by google search)
Do you know if reactivating my store will put me back on Google's search engine or if there is something else I should be doing to get back on Google?? Or if it just takes a few days for them to pick me up again??
I was so excited to be in the top 5 results on many of my bags before I left and now I'm very sad, indeed!!!
Thank you for any advice you may have!!

[!Style:169946!]
[!color:Black!]
[!department:Handbags!]
[!material:Leather!]
[!made_in:Italy!]
[!length:15 inches!]
[!height:9.5 inches!]
[!width:4 inches!]
That's what you ment, right . . . nothing new since that???

yep that's what you need.
Now you just got to wait for google to get them updated again.
USed to be that google uploaded feeds almost instantly --- talk is that don't happen any more. I been reading of folks claiming google might be as much as 3 weeks behind in a product feed - BUT know one really knows as google is pretty secretive about things.
You have done all you can do unless you want to manaully submit your products yourself and see if that makes a difference. Many claims it does. |

Thanks so much Big Tall, you've really eased my mind . . . I thought I did all that work right before vaca only to come back and find I did something wrong!!
I did list one bag individually with the Google Products but wasn't sure if that was the way to go . . . I'll try some more and see if that helps.
Thanks so much, I try to read everything you recommend - you are just a wealth of information . . . I don't know how you do it??? However you do it . . . I for one am very appreciative!!
Have a great day!!
