PLEASE concerned removing the UNRATED section. The number of sales a seller has is NO ONE's business.

Something I don't understand about the FB system here -- do we as sellers give fb to the buyers too ?? If so , How ??

I don't see any links in my control panel for FB. I did find that several buyers did rate me, so that's good. I just wanted to return the favor if we are supposed to.

NO buyers do not register on the site, there for they don't get feedback.

I agree that this must be said. On my first sale, that is all the comment I got. "Very easy to order from your website." The customer got a great deal on an almost perfect piece of Fenton. I shipped out the product immediately and the customer probably got it with 2-3 days of ordering.

I was happy I got the positive, but I really like to hear the input of the customers about the products to see how well I am doing representing the products, if they are understanding the descriptions and if there is anything I need to change about my policies.

How about something like this:

"Please rate the seller based on timely shipment, packaging, quality, accurate representation of product, customer service, etc. Please do not rate the web site, i.e. how easy it is to order or how nice it looks."

It could use more work, a little less wordy, but I was taught that one must make it clear on a third-grade level when writing for the public.

I really agree with this, especially since the big auction feeplace, I understand, has been fishing for where everyone is going and how much they are selling there.
