Is HGH (human growth hormone) allowed to be listed? I would suspect it is a prescription drug, but could not locate the info on one way or the other. I don't think it is a safe pharmasuetical to be taken by healthy grown ups as a supplement.

There are a few listings of it currently.

How about ephedra? I thought it was banned by the FDA.

http://www.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=2303071 (is this the same as the drug?)

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) advises consumers to stop using dietary supplements containing ephedra. In order to protect consumers, the FDA published a final rule on April 12, 2004, that bans the sale of dietary supplements containing ephedrine alkaloids.

2 questions. I have a memory stick for sale with first class mail, then I have a seperate listing with the same memory stick for sale with priority. I am not selling Priority Shipping, just made another listing incase someone wanted faster shipping, is that allowed?

Also is there a way to add multiple shipping options? It would make everything easier for me and the buyer. Thanks

I could be wrong-often am-but ephenephrine is the ingredient in sinus medicine that they use for making meth. Isn't ephedra pretty much the same basic compound? That's why they keep sinus medicines with it behind the counter, you are only allowed to buy so much at a time and they actually trace what you buy over the internet and come after folks trying to buy a suspicious amount.
I'd sure check before I sold anything with 'ephe' anything in it.

To learn what is not allowed see the eCraters Terms: http://www.ecrater.com/terms.php

Then you either report it on this topic: http://www.ecrater.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=9560
Or pm BigTallMensClothing, or contact eCrater through the contact page: http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php

You can't do this because it is the same item which you only have one of. Write in the description that you will upgrade the shipping if asked.

The item is exactly the same. Therefore it's a duplicate listed item and not allowed.
No way to add multiple shipping except to have them email you.

The difference between first class and priority is 1 day to most locations. Both go airmail, can have del. conf. and insurance. I really don't think there is any reason to offer optional shipping. Choose the one that suits you and your products best and write in your terms and FAQs that you can upgrade the shipping for a fee if the customer has time restrictions.

Did you know that the only difference between priority and express is that express is guaranteed 2 days and priority is not?

Yes. You have to check hide in your edit page for an item to be invisible. Just marking it sold or on hold does not hide it.

Is my collectible vintage 1969 (sealed and full) Owl liquor decanter permitted? I would normally sell this on eBay, but they don't allow wine, and I can't determine exactly what the contents are. Thanks for your help!

I love eCrater! Very Happy

Last I looked - alcohol is allowed on ecrater.com
The problem you will have is the law and shipping.
USPS does not allow it. Not sure about Fed Ex or UPS.
The law says you as the seller must be licensed to sell alcohol.
The law also says you must insure the buyer is over 21 that you are shipping to.
There are a bunch of other rules and regulations regarding selling alcohol.

NOW, personally I would check into the value of the decanter empty verses not empty. Many times there is a huge difference if it's empty it is worth alot less.

ALSO - check into the laws about whether you can sell it as a collectible without a liquor license. That might be the way you need to go.
But then again shipping will be an issue.

Another obstacle will be payment. I know PP won't allow alcohol or tobacco. Not sure about GC.
PP shut down a person for selling a pack of 40 year old COLLECTIBLE cigarettes! no one in their right mind would smoke 40 year old smokes -- but they certainly would drink 40+ alcohol.

So I think in the case of a collectible vintage 1969 (sealed and full) Owl liquor decanter permitted --- it's more does the laws of the FDA allow you to sell it, how you going to ship it, and most importantly how you going to get paid for it.
