Is there any way to offer shipping discounts -- by $ amount or by # of items ordered??
For example, I want to offer FREE S/H if a customer buys $25 or more. Also, a discount if they buy more than 3 items.
Any way to do this??

| the only way I have found to do this is by advertising it and then doing a manual invoice to reflect the change. |

ONLY manually
You can put it in all the descriptions and the home page etc
then once they pay you refund the portion you want to refund. |
