|
|
Heya,
I have all the google toys I could want or need. And I am sure I can do this on google if I want to take the time to learn how:)
But I did really like that sort feature when you clicked on the word HITS on the Product page.
I liked seeing what was the most popular this month, very useful tool.
But the link is gone now, just the word "Hits" all lonely and boring in the corner.
Let me know if it is coming back, or gone forever:)
Thanks
Bill
PS. love the site, your service, forum, all of it. Excellent !! |

Don't panic. The counter is not completely gone, it just doesn't say 0 when it zeros. You will see the numbers as soon as there is a hit. |

Maybe you should change the title to "Where did my hits go?" cause the hit counter doesn't display zeros anymore. |

Without having yet another site to remember to go to to find out, I'm disappointed that this zeros each month. I nearly died when I came in just now to see that all the 'hits' had gone.
What differences does it make to ecrater if its monthly or forever??????
It makes a big difference to me as a vendor. |

Is this Google Analytics safe?
I just tried to do it and its just shut down all my IE pages.
If I do manage to get into it.......where do I get this # from that apparently is needed?? |

It makes a difference. Since listings can stay on for years sometimes the number differences between
7459858587548
and
7459858537027
won't be as obvious to you.
as between 0 and 853
Just use Google Analytics. You get a whole lot more useful info that just a simple hit count. eCrater's count doesn't even show how many of those are return viewers. |

You create a profile there you can't miss it. It is very obvious. |
