Trying to Add Products, help please

Hello,

I get this message when I try to add a product:

Please fill out the mandatory field(s)

I see no empty fields........

I noticed that when I got this message the picture field is empty. I was trying to upload a picture directly from my pc. (jpg)

I managed to get a logo on and a picture on my home page.

Now, if I can just add some products I will be happy!

When you miss one of the fields the program gives you the message to fill all necessary ones. So you have to look carefully to see what you have missed. When this happens, you also loose the uploaded image. So you will have to upload that again. So you need to do at least two things.

It may be that you need to fill in the item weight information. Even if you are not using the ship by weight feature, you are still required to put something in that box. I just put a 1 there to fill the box if I'm not using the matrix.

Thank you! It was indeed the missing weight. I didn't think I needed that because I will be shipping by flat rate.
