why is my store suspended?
I applied for a store several days ago. Just today I posted the items.
Big and tall, can you tell me why?

I didn't have a chance to see your store but here are some reasons non US stores can be suspended.
Prices are not in US$
Listings are not in English
Listings are clones, pirated etc.
Titles don't make sense--for instance if you listed a pair of earrings but your title said only "Rapture" That would be a nonsense title because it doesn't say what the item is.
None or ridiculous descriptions.
A mirror store; you have another store under a different name but with the exact same merchandise listed.
Looking at your home page I'm not sure any of the above apply to you. If not, write to ecrater and ask why you were suspended. |

I did the following:
Listings are in English
Listings are not clones, pirated etc. They are all made by myself. I just finished them yesterday.
Titles do make sense like earring, bracelet and necklace.
No ridiculous descriptions.
Not a mirror store. My husband does have a store on ECRATER, but he sells teapots, and so on. I list just ceramic jewelrys. |

How about these:
*The same or very similar content several times (even in different categories)
[Don't try to flood the marketplace with the same or similar item listed many times]
*Miscategorization
[Make sure you chose the right global category when you add/edit your products] |

IF that was your whole title it don't make sense. Your titles should be more then one word.
Did you have a test item? and not have your store on hold? |

No one item repeated.
I hand made the ceramic jewelry, so I chose "jewelry&watched->handcrafted, artisan jewelry" as the global category. |

I am betting that's why you were suspended. TITLES like 002-necklace are meaningless.
#1 unless someone searches 002-necklace exactly it won't every be found |

Yeah, those are meaningless titles
NO ONE would ever search for 001-earring
Your titles should be like
Red Ceramic Dangle Earrings Handcrafted blah blah blah 001
not just a string of characters like 001-earring
that makes it a meaningless title |

You see that is the problem. Someone using google to search for earrings will search for something like "green ceramic earring" not "001-earing" so it is useless to do that. |

When you use a hyphen - between words with no spaces, it stops any of the words showing in a search. Only someone who searches for 001-earrings will find your item. No one will enter that in a search engine.
Go into admin and fix your titles and listings and then write ecrater and ask to be reinstated. Allow a few days. They are super busy right now.
Don't start your titles with an inventory number. Put that at the very end of your title. Fill your title with good key words that name and describe the item. |

Yes, but you have 100 characters to use - fill it with keywords that are searched to find your type of items
Something like
Brown Porcelain 18" Necklace Hand Crafted Hand-made Jewelry 001
and whatever else you can think of |
