You might consider lightening up on your returns policy. Most people, I think, know by now that if they pay with PayPal that they can always return items for a refund.

You might add scrapbook to your titles..
You know what they are used for but you need to spell it out for the rest of us...
Check out other scrapbook supply sellers and see how their titles are written for ideas. |
