Sold a couple of things and went to leave fb for the buyers but can't see how? Am I missing something or is there no fb facility at this site? |

Nope, no feedback for buyers because they don't register with the site. Think of it like having your own website with cart software -- the feedback isn't necessary for the buyer but if the buyer wants to leave a record of how the transaction went then great. |

Hi. I'm fairly new, but just loving eCrater. How does someone leave feedback for me? I sold two of my prints and my buyer wants to know how to leave me feedback. I can't find where to do that.

When a buyer pays instantly using PayPal they are given the option to leave feedback. They can leave it then or they can wait and will automatically receive a reminder in 20 days (I think that's the time period).
It appears that your sales did not qualify to leave feedback since your feedback shows nothing for unrated - if it qualified for feedback (instant payment via PayPal) then each order counts as unrated until the buyer rates you. |

Thanks. Are you saying that leaving feedback is only available if they use PayPal? He didn't use that. How does someone using other payment methods leave feedback?

They can't. It's one of the quirks of this feedback system. |

Thanks for the reply. What if they use Google Checkout? I won't use PayPal anymore because it is an eBay company.

At this time it only works with instant payment from PayPal |

Hmmm. Do you have any suggestions for someone like me who will not use PayPal?

Don't worry about it!
Personally I prefer ecrater.com BEFORE they put the feedback system in place.
When you go to Polo.com do you see any place to leave feedback? NOPE. Most web stores do not have feedback. To me the feedback makes it more of a group thing then an individual store - which is what I liked about ecrater.com - the individual stores! |

Yeah, that's just one of the problems with the feedback... |
