How do I get an unreasonable feedback comment removed? On March 11, I received a "neutral" feedback rating concerning shipment of an order that was received that same day. I have screenshot proof that the order I received March 11 was shipped March 12. Couldn't have possibly been shipped any faster !!

My apologies Jeffrey. I had a post written out for you when we lost our internet for over 2 hours. But I did keep a copy of it just in case no one answered you. So here it is:

Ask the team about it. They should have gotten an email from eCRATER if they paid by PP/Stripe telling them it was on the way even if you didn't send one. I send shipping notices on all my sales so with that and the email eCRATER sends, they shouldn't be sitting in the dark waiting. Yet, I have had people use 'reply' to my shipping notice asking when their item will be shipped. Uh, Duh, read the message you got! Rolling Eyes

Anyhow ask the team. I don't know if they do anything for neutrals but they may take off the text.

A couple of years back someone asked where their order was. I checked USPS to see where it was to find that it had just been delivered which is what I told the person - go look in your mailbox. Makes me wonder why we bother sending notifications about shipping with a tracking number. I guess it is easier for them to write and ask us to look it up at the USPS instead of them doing it.
