| it seems like my store has been suspended because for the past 3weeks now, it hasn't updated and anything I searched for my item on the marketplace, they don't show up. PLEASE WHAT MUST I DO TO GET MY STORE BACK. I HAVE EMAILED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR STRAIGHT 2 WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE, HOW DO I GET THROUGH TO THEM PLEASE?? |

Your store is currently suspended. When your store is viewed as a buyer, clicking on a product from the home page gives the message "Oops! This item could not be found. Here are some similar products".
Please read the Sticky topic at the beginning of the Suspended Stores section and follow the directions given. Here's a link to that topic:

I took a quick look at your store home page. Do you have your inventory in stock or do you use a dropship network? Using a dropship network is is not allowed on eCRATER. |

| Do you mean how do you get inventory to sell or how to actually list your inventory? First get your suspension taken care of and then ask for help on the inventory issue. |
