| I just sold one of an item. I had the listing set up as weight based and the weight was 5 lbs. The buyer was not charged freight. I just went in and tried to buy the same item and I would not have been charged freight. Most of my items are flat rate so I have not had this problem before. |

Was it an international order?
Without knowing which item it is I can't go look and give you my best guess.
Did you double check being logged in and clicking to edit the item that it is checked for weight based?
Did you double check that the shipping matrix is filled out correctly?
Just trying to think why this would happen.
If all else fails and you can't find the reason - use the contact form and notify ecrater.com of this issue.
Be sure to give them details - including the link to the item and the order number. |
