Change the picture on the home page

I have two questions. How do I change the picture in the logo area. Do you have to design the logo with the picture on it? Also, can we insert html for the contact us area. I would like to use a contact form.

Unfortunately we can not use any HTML in our eCRATER Stores...for now anyways *crossing fingers for a possible change in the future*

Your logo/banner is in your hands.

There are some free sites you can make them, there are people that charge to make them and there are people like meeeeee

Thanks for your response. I would like a logo image with text on it. Possibly an image that deals with events or parties.
