How can we use Google Analytics if the tracking code can't be added. I have added that one ID in the options section.

Support for Google Analytics has been added. You can use it to fully track your store's traffic.
Options -> Enable Google Analytics |

| All you need to do is enter the UA# (not the whole code) in the Options section of your store and check to enable and "update" to save it. The rest as BigTall said is integrated already and will work automatically. |
