Order Notices Not Being Sent Out

Here's something new to me, although I know it's happened to others before. I had a sale yesterday and did not receive an order notice--not from GC, nor from Ecrater. However, there is record of the sale in my ecrater account and a payment in my GC account.

Has anyone else had this problem lately?

I hope it's fixed soon.

eCrater.com has never sent on email out of orders paid using Google Checkout.
Whether or not you receive an email notice from google depends on how you have your google checkout account set up. See Solutions to Common Questions - GOOGLE CHECKOUT

You know i forgot that Ecrater doesn't send out e-mail notifications for GC. However, I've always gotten the GC notification. I've changed nothing in my GC account. In fact, I got a GC notification today for a different order. I guess it was just a fluke. Thanks.

Check your spam folder.

Sometimes Google has issues with sending out notices (rare but it does happen).

That same thing happened to me once, and so far, only once. If I hadn't logged into my ecrater account I would never have known about it, and it WAS a Google Checkout order.
