You are still suspended, We can see it on your home page, but can't see the actual listing for it.
You still need to finish your store such as your terms of service, etc. Also, it looks like you listed the shirt in a 'My Products' category. I would greatly suggest that you start using proper categories right from the beginning. Your first 10 items, maybe it isn't important, but after that, it helps any customer find what they are looking for. I had about 8000 items listed. Can you imagine someone trying to find one item in a store that big? I have a bunch of main categories plus subcategories.

Have you fixed what made you get suspended? eCRATER expects you to figure out what you did wrong, fix it and then ask to be reinstated. If you haven't done those things, they have nothing to reply to you.
Did you get permission to sell licensed products or have you deleted them and promised not to try to sell them again? Or anything else that we can't see but is on the list of things you are not allowed to do. It could be as simple as telling customers that you take Western Union - a BIG NO NO! Read that sticky at the top of this thread and make sure your store conforms in every way to the rules listed. You may need to read it multiple times and you can ask us for clarification as well. |

Have you checked to be sure that everything in your store has been done correctly? Do you have other items that you can sell which are with eCRATER's parameters? Having only one item listed isn't going to give them the feeling that you know what you are doing. We can't see what you have done in that listing.
The only thing I can tell is that you have a listing for the exact same shirt with the same title, stock number, and photo (so it is a stock photo) that is being sold by Felacia (a Viet Namese company) for half of what you are charging for this shirt. You are also using their exact title for the shirt. I would guess you are dropshipping?? I don't know the rules for what you are doing, but to drop the licensed goods for something from another perhaps licensed store item, I would think that eCRATER wants to see the permission for you to be selling their products for double what they charge.
I suspect that they are not going to lift the suspension until you prove that you know and understand the rules here and will go along with them. Incidentally, those 'Hawaii shirts' are called Hawaiian shirts here in the USA. The brackets in the title, I believe, are considered HTML which for the most part can't be used at eCRATER. |

I'm just another user of the site. My 1rst language isn't English. But be aware you are in forum room not a personal chat with friends. If a support receive a similar message. I believe they will ignore it.
Now I have been watching the same story for years. If very rare eCrater suspend a store without a reason behind it. |
