A buyer has tried 4 times to buy something from my cat store. PP tells them they can't send it at this time. Another sale, same store came through via PP about an hour before. Both were going to the UK. The successful one used PP express. Any idea which problem. Why does the PP email come through to my valid email but with the wrong email address in the body of the email? |

I'm still unable to access PayPal. My buyer is also still trying. I had a sale from the same store, same country about an hour before the current buyer began having difficulty. She is still trying as she gets a message to try later.
I am trying two phone numbers for PP, both busy, my message I sent via chat is still queued up after 24 hours. I find nothing on the PP site to indicate there is a problem with the site.
Anyone have a suggestion or experiencing similar. |

Seems she was trying to use standard PP. Once she switched to Express it worked. |
