Big Paypal problem

Hi, are there others here who are having Paypal problems? I had a recent purchase and following that, I got a Paypal notification saying my account was permanently restricted. Paypal customer service was totally useless because they didn't even give me a reason or explain anything. I am not even able to close the account apparently.
Because of this problem, I linked another Paypal account to my store and the same exact thing happened after the same purchase. In my order list on Ecrater, there is no green check mark however on Paypal, it's mentioning it as "Pending". I don't have anything I can even do because the account is restricted.
Upon searching more, I saw there are many others who have the same problem in the Paypal forums.

I have no idea what the problem even was in the first place. Anyone had a similar problem solved?

tsubasa, is it possible that the item that was purchased is not allowed by PayPal terms of service? I have heard of sellers having their accounts terminated because they were trying to sell items that are not allowed by PayPal Terms of Service. Also, You might want to do a search on Google to see if others have reported the problem and found a solution.

The green checkmark on eCRATER doesn't appear until eCRATER receives info from PayPal that the payment cleared. Back in December I had an order with no green checkmark but I got an email from PayPal. The customer paid with an e-check. After PayPal tried twice to collect the money, the payment was eventually declined. At that point, the Payment Status on the eCRATER order page for that order was changed to Denied. This wouldn't be the case if your PayPal account has been restricted, but I added the info as another reason you would see a payment pending on PayPal.
