I am new to Ecrater. I just sold my first item. Yeah! It felt so good. I make adult & children's hand-painted beaded bracelets, sports bag or backpack clips, pony tail holders & keychains. It's like taking art with you everyday. Please check out my store. They are made from wood beads and quality grosgrain ribbon.

Hi Welcome to ecrater and good luck with sales. Cute items.

It's nice you told us your items were handpainted but you should also tell potential buyers they are. Your titles should start with "Handpainted... or at the very least include that in the titles. Also you should include how the item is constructed in bracelets. It looks like a stretch bracelet but doesn't say so. How large a wrist will it fit? Lack of this information will cause a buyer to pass.

Don't be vague. Your description is all you have to convince a buyer. That and your photos which should be larger. They don't really enlarge much when you click on them. Take advantage of all the great freebies ecrater offers you.

The "retro chocolate and flowers" Anyone looking for a key chain will never find that and it is a really cute item.

Welcome and wishing you many more sales! Very beautiful items!! Very Happy

I agree with maggiethecat, so many sellers don't use their titles and descriptions to the fullest but they are very important especially for the search engines and for your potential buyers.

Hi, and welcome to eCrater.

You have some really cute stuff. I am a jewelry artist also, and have done some intricate painting on wood in the past. I can sure appreciate your products.

Good luck with your store.

Your things are adorable! i love the princess bracelet and know that is a lot of work. I have to tell you though, even a doting grandmother is going to be hesitant to spend that much money on a bracelet for a 4 year old (what I have). I'd be afraid she'd ruin it the first time she wore it, the ribbon, or scratching the painting. But maybe that's just me. they are precious and probably I'm just a tight wad!

Hi and Welcome!

What an interesting concept you have developed! Far too cool! I see you have made a few changes and fleshed out your item titles. That should make it much easier for people to find your creative items in a search.

I'm not sure if you have gotten a chance to read any of the other posts or if you've come across the ones we kind of harp on the all caps thing. Smile I noticed on your terms page you switched to all caps. Brutal to read. Since it is your terms page and it's pretty important information for your customers, you might want to get back in there and switch back to regular typing as well as breaking things out on different lines instead of running together.

I think you have wonderfully unique items in your store and you should do quite well! Good luck!
Vickie

Oh wow, that's some nice handpainted stuff you have there. I hope you move some of those items during the holiday season, I think some kids would adore them. Obviously a lot of work goes into them.

Agree with Vickie...that all caps thing is brutal. Only other thing I noticed was the "please email me..." line seemed to be repeated on your Contact page although the verbiage was slightly different. One of those lines can go.

Welcome to Ecrater, and happy selling.

I tried making my descriptions of my items more fun and catchy. What do you think? I really need buyers. i also lowered my prices of my bracelets. I can't go much lower because the handpainting really takes a long time to do.
