I just jumped ship from eBay.

Hello.

I decided that eBay's new changes to fees were not in my best interest and found their email saying "you spoke we listened" a huge insult. So I packed up shop and sent them feedback that humanized the person reading, but then told them to tell their bosses where to shove what.

I'm looking forward to adapting to this new format, which is a different animal as I can already tell. I found this site by searching "ebay alternatives". An article came up that mentioned this and a few others. This one seemed the cleanest and most suited to my rather cobbled-together inventory of goods that I sell. (the electronics stuff I sell on Amazon, which I am still enthralled by).

I look forward to spending the next few giving my corner of the site its necessary facelift and intereacting with the forums.

I'm an "e-refugee" myself! Nice to see you! I'm not jumping ship just yet, but slowly moving my items over a couple at a time to test the waters over here.

So far, I seem to be adjusting well to this format. It's actually kind of easy once you get used to it.

I'd love to see a more active forum like Seller Central over there. LOADS of really smart, helpful peeps and a tight community. That's what I like best.
